Initial Discussion About Your Property
After receiving your contact information, one of our Acquisitions team members will reach out to you over the phone. Our goal is to gather as much information from you as possible in a short amount of time—only about 7 - 10 minutes. During this session, we have a list of about 15 to 20 questions we’ll ask about the property, including things like bedroom count, bathroom count, lot size, roof condition, condition of any HVAC systems or the water heater, and more. We’ll also discuss your expectations and goals for selling your home, especially your goal sale price. If you don’t exactly know how much you want to sell your house for yet, that’s totally okay. We will research the market in your area and take all factors into consideration as we put together an appropriate price point for your home. Sometimes, our initial conversation over the phone with you is all we’ll need. Some sellers are content with any ballpark price we may offer upfront, so we’ll send the contract without seeing the home. However, most homeowners prefer a walk-through of the home to ensure they’ll be selling for the best price possible.
